Lauren Duffy is a qualified Mindfulness expert and Mindset Mentor. She
delivers 1:1 coaching, group workshops and programmes to provide clients
with tools and techniques to manage their mindset and feel good.
Lauren believes training your mind is just as important as physical fitness and
is on a mission to make Mind Reset classes as accessible as your everyday yoga
or fitness class.
