Alex has been practising various styles of yoga for several years as he enjoys the well rounded experience this variety offers. He specialised and completed his 200 hour training in Hatha yoga, with Yoga Alliance approved Ashtak Yoga School in Thailand in April 2018. This has provided a solid foundation in yoga and tools for transformational change, which he loves to share while exploring his own practice further.
Alex offers gentle but challenging hatha yoga classes. These would ideally suit beginners, but do include modifications and options tailored to suit your level of practice. There is a conscious focus on foundation, alignment and breath which is perfect if you are new to yoga or a more advanced yogi working on deepening your practice. The class endeavours to leave you feeling refreshed and re-energised. The most important thing in this class is to breathe, relax and enjoy!
