New to yoga? Maybe you’ve done a few classes and want to continue learning the foundations? Or maybe you’re more experienced and just want to take it that bit easier today. If so then this class is for you. Each class will move steadily through different yoga postures, giving you time to establish the fundamentals of alignment, breath and awareness, as well as putting all that we learn together into a yoga flow.
