After practicing yoga for a number of years, Vickie travelled to India in February 2019 to qualify in Hatha and Vinyasa at Ashiyana in Goa. Whilst she was away she also spent some months studying under traditional Sivananda teachers in Kerala. Her training married East and West beautifully, and the style she has developed encourages playfulness and creativity on the mat.
Vickie believes that yoga is for everyone regardless of age, experience, balance, or flexibility - and her aim is that you will leave her classes feeling calm, open, and lifted.
