The vinyasa style synchronises movement with breath to create a rhythmic, dynamic sequence where we flow from one posture to the next, progressively unlocking strength and mobility, building incredible stamina and entering a vibrant meditative state. These classes broadly follow the same sequence each week but with time to deep dive into specific posture groups over time to develop a more thorough body intelligence, Expect to work hard, sweat and have a few laughs along the way.
