Michelle studied her pregnancy yoga training with Manchesters’ Janine Hurley, completing the course designed by Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, the founder of Womb Yoga.
Mum and Baby Yoga
A 60 minute restful, restorative class that gently heals and strengthens postpartum bodies from the inside out, and assists those who have not physically birthed with bonding and complimentary movement, supporting both your baby’s development, and that of the family unit. Expect gentle stretches, breathing and relaxation techniques alongside gentle stretches, massage & sensory play for baby.
This nurturing space is for you and baby to do whatever you need, whenever you need. Understanding that fixed schedules do not exist in Babyworld, we welcome you to change, feed, cuddle… do anything that assists you and baby in the class. This is a safe space, to be your natural self - and it’s a great way to meet other parents and carers, also.
Suitable from birth to crawling. * Baby is welcome to come along with anyone caring for them mum, dad, gran, carer etc.
